This TV is a warranty replacement for the same model, previous version. The previous version was a great TV until it developed a flickering line through the top quarter of the picture after exactly one year of use. I had purchased a warranty when I purchased the TV.
The new TV, this model, was received a day early. It has some changes to it from the previous model. The previous mode had a red light on the bottom front when it was turned off. This new model has a bright white light that illuminates the entire room when the TV is off. This is very annoying having this in my bedroom. I have had to place a piece of tape over the light to be able to sleep.
Other than that annoyance, it’s a nice TV.
Clear and bright picture. The remote is a nice size and has an Alexa button.
I would purchase again. I gave it four stars because of the annoying light in the front of the tv.

Having NEVER considered buying a TV this way, we are pretty impressed. Ordered it here & picked it up at Best Buy. Everything was easy, no waiting. It’s light enough for my husband to carry himself, set-up was fast. It was easy to find & download our streaming apps. The picture is beautiful, except for when there’s super fast movements & you see a slight shimmer as the TV adapts to catch up a bit. The sound quality is decent, but we have it hooked up to our Bose surround sound system & have had no issues. For the price & ease of the entire process, we’re happy with this unit.

Got it on sale Great TV for an amazing price! Amazon Fire TV, no more fire sticks to plug in or extra remotes, which one does the volume, which one changes the channel…. This thing has a great picture and intuitive interface. No Regerts ;-P

This Toshiba TV is amazing highly functionable great picture easy set up super thin super light great great sound which is always a problem with larger screen TVs. This was a 100% keeper excellent television.

Great value!!! Easy to use for all our streaming apps. We don’t need all the super high sound or display features as it’s mostly kids programming, but this has great sound and the display is great even when watching sports with high refresh and no lag. Size is impressive and overall not too heavy for a wall mount. Voice activation is handy when navigating the menu. Bought this during prime day sale and the value was unbelievable. Great all around TV that is a daily workhorse for a family or everyday watching.

Bought for my mother, clear concise picture quality. Sound is good with better bass quality from the last tv. Setup was straight-forward. Cannot beat the price-point.

I received my item on her before the date that they said it would be here. For the first 3 days it worked perfect. The picture was great the sound was great everything was great. When I went in the bathroom two days ago the TV would not come on. I changed the batteries in the remote to see if that was a problem but it wasn’t. I contacted Best Buy where the TV came from and explain to them that the TV would not come on to see what the problem was. I got a response saying either I could return it for a refund or request another TV. I explained to them that I was unable to return it because I did not have the box anymore and could they please come and get it and bring me another one. I got the same response again that I could return it for a refund or basically keep the bad one. I think this is awful customer service. I am a 73-year-old senior and I don’t expect special treatment because of that but I would expect a better response from them and that would be to send somebody out to my home and see what the problem was. Therefore I am kind of stuck between a rock and hard place. At this point I will be keeping the defective TV because they refuse to send somebody out here. Watch Amazon and who they buy their products from because some customer service really sucks.
