The phone book is easy to set up. Call blocking appears to be working. I haven’t figured out how to record my own answering machine message yet. The phone seems to need to be charged frequently.

Needed to update my in laws old Panasonic phones and chose to stay with same brand since what they are used to. So many great features that are too much for them but available to set up if needed. Love the block feature. Super easy to set up the basics for them and they love that there were 3 hand sets

I desperately needed to replace my AT&T landline. I’d had it for more than 13 years and it gave good service. Finally, the hard-wired batteries in all the extensions were failing. I bought this new set of Panasonic phones. It was fairly easy to set up, but it’s cumbersome to enter names and numbers in the phone book. The clarity and ring of the phone is great. Best of all, it blocks scam calls, but allows important calls through. I don’t understand how it does it, but I’m happy it does that with no special setup. I found the instruction book a bit too complicated, so I haven’t used some of the more sophisticated features; however, I’m entirely happy with the phone system.

Happy with this phone set. Replaced an old set that was similar but I had forgotten how to adjust the volume. I thought a new set would look much better and would just work right. I was right, it is fine. Sound quality is great. The handsets light up and are easy to use. I have received one message. It came with a booklet that I didn’t read. Maybe someday I’ll dig into the details but for now this just works better than what I had. I’m happy with it so far.

The person who prepared this has no idea that the item is not intended for Australian customers due to the fact that the voltage is 120 volts and not 220 volts. Be mindful of it next time

I bought this for my mother in law. She is now legally blind but has days when she can see some things but the numbers on this phone is not one of them. The button size does not work for her.

Have always used Panasonic cordless phones and have never been disappointed. This one is a little smaller than the last (maybe 10 years old) but is very convenient to use with good sound quality.
