Ha cumplido perfecto con su función, no tuve ningún problema para conectarlo a mi televisión, tuve que comprarle un cable HDMI porque no lo incluye pero aparte de eso, todo ok. Es fácil de usar, hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún problema para que reproduzca los cd, dvd o bluray que tengo en casa. Atrás dice que es dvd región 1 y bluray A. El control remoto es totalmente necesario porque no tiene ningún botón el equipo, todo es con el mando. Resumen: fácil de usar, no pesa, ocupa poco espacio y funciona bien.

Other reviews have described this DVD player pretty well. It’s simple to hook up, simple to operate, and the picture and sound are very good for the money. The settings interface is pretty primitive, but I have no complaints. I turned off the irritating robot voice. I don’t need it. The player doesn’t have streaming capabilities, I don’t need them. I’ve got Tivo, Roku, and an LG Blu Ray player that all have streaming capabilities. I don’t mind the small size of the remote, provided I’ve got good light to see it by. If you’re in a dark room, keep a light handy, or sit near a lamp. Provided this player lasts as long as my LG (so far 15 years and going strong) I’ll be very satisfied – I’m using this one as a back-up. I have extra HDMI cables, so no problem there. If Panasonic includes an HDMI cable in the package, you’d add another $10.00 to the price.

This is a very small unit, and that’s not a bad thing if you don’t have a lot of space for it.
Yes it is very lightweight as most electronic items such as this are these days, not made like a tank like they were in the old days. That may be good or bad…
We haven’t had it very long so all we know right now is that it works good so far.
I am the type of reviewer who will definitely come back and change this review if we have a problem with it.

Llevo casi un año con él, es el primer blu-ray que he comprado y es bastante bueno. Sí eres de México y ya tienes peliculas DVD orginales puede que algunas no las reproduzca por ser region 4 (en México normalmente las peliculas dvd son region 4 y 1 o solo region 4). En cuanto a los blu-ray no deberia haber ningun inconveniente porque la region “A” es para todo el continente, he comprado muchas peliculas y series en bluray aqui mismo por amazon y todas han funcionado bien. Es bastante pequeño, así que puedes transportarlo facilmente y colocarlo casi en cualquier parte. A veces llega a hacer un poco de ruido cuando estas en el menú de la pelicula, aunque es minimo, una vez que le pones “play” ya no se oye nada. Otra ventaja es el puerto USB que incluye ya que puedes poner un disco externo para reproducir videos, cosa que las pantallas con usb luego no permiten o que solo funciona con memoria USB. Los menus de configuración son bastante intuitivos y como este modelo no incluye conexion a internet no tienes porque preocuparte por actualizar el firmware ni nada de eso. Lo recomiendo sin duda!

Plays Blu-ray perfectly. Make sure you go through the settings before playing!
Update: It froze up once trying to play James Bond For Your Eyes Only Blu-ray. I pressed and held the power button down on the Blu-ray player and it shut down. Restarting the Blu-ray player fixed it. Still recommend!

It’s a fine Blu-ray player, it just doesn’t have a speed watching function.
Also doesn’t come with an hdmi cord which I wouldn’t knock it down for since that’s mentioned in the listing but figured I’d note it for anyone who needs the reminder since I’m here anyway.

Good value. My old Blu-Ray/DVD player bit the dust and this replacement is fine. Be aware that this player may be half the size of your older component disc player but so what? The electronics are what you’re paying for.

This Panasonic Blu-ray player is a good buy and delivers excellent performance. The video quality is great, the operation is easy, and its compact size requires just a little shelf space. The remote is rather small, so there isn’t room for many words, but the symbols on the buttons are universal, so knowing which buttons to push is pretty automatic. The instructions are too minimal to be called an owner’s manual, but, again, they’re a cinch to follow. I’m very pleased and recommend this little Panasonic to anyone who wants to plug and play right out of the box. (Just remember, no HDMI cable is included.)

Este reproductor es muy bueno, tiene salida HDMI, por lo que incluso los DVD se ven bien en una TV Full HD 1080p. La imagen es nítida, los tiempos de carga son rápidos. Lee vídeos desde USB. Lo único malo es que no venía con el cable HDMI, lo tuve que comprar aparte.
