I ordered this iPhone 14 Plus refurbished supposedly in excellent condition. Well it looked like it was in excellent condition, except for a few scratches, which didn’t bother me. Until I turned it on. After it updated, it started turning off and restarting every gosh darn 2-3 minutes. So aggravating. I did everything the Apple support told me to try. I even took it to an Apple technician, they did a diagnostic check and the phone has a faulty motherboard pertaining to the battery. It would cost me way more than what I paid for to fix it. This is so upsetting for me. I was so excited to get this phone. And on top of that, trying to return it was not easy. They give you the run around. I finally was able to start my return. This seller knew there was a problem with this phone. The technician said there’s no way the seller didn’t know. My advice to future buyers, “DONT BUY IT!”

I got this phone from bayshine. The only reason it has 4 stars is because the battery life is at 88%. But listen other than that this phone came 2 days early and is completely beautiful. No scratches or dents!! It’s almost brand new if it wasn’t for the battery life!! It came very clean. I will say the packaging it came in wasn’t that great at all! But it didn’t affect the phone. Beware that it is an eSIM and I struggled getting it connected to straight talk but that was due to their services. Now that it’s connected it runs perfectly and smooth! I’m gonna keep it!

So far I am in love with this phone, I ordered on September 2 2025 and received it within 3 days, the phone came unlocked, free of any scratches, dents or scuffs… it’s lightweight, doesn’t run hot, the price was perfect, and the volume is loud, I will purchase from this vendor again…I love my new phone, I’m upgrading from an iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone 14 plus in color purple and I love it, durability is great, condition is great

Almost perfect condition, only a little scuff on one side completely invisible with a case on. The phone got hot with the charger it came with but using a different charger fixed that. Battery life is great and especially with the case, it’s durable.

This was a great purchase. The phone was exactly how it was described in the picture . It works excellent with no cosmetic damage at all. The phone looked brand new, unlocked and it was easy to set up and switch my old phone and carrier over from the comfort of my home. It’s definitely worth the price and I recommend 100%. The sound quality is amazing, the screen is excellent condition and I am just satisfied overall.

Very good phone so far didn’t take a long time to transfer my data . It has 86% battery percentage and it came in excellent condition . The camera looks good on other apps but the main camera app it lags just alittle but still get it, it’s really good. Sound quality is good too and screen protection. The phone only got hot when I was updating it but now it’s cool
