This is a very nice 6 pack (two boxes of 3 packets each) of the required special Shaver Detergent that is used in the Cleaning/Charging stations included in some Panasonic ARC5 and ARC6 model packages. Though labeled for the Panasonic LAMDASH shavers, that’s the brand name that these shavers are known by in Japan. Each packet lasts a month (or longer) depending on the frequency of use. It cleans and lubricates the shaving heads, and leaves them with a very nice citrus scent. It’s a bit more economical to buy this six-pack than to buy two of the US-branded three-packs. Otherwise, it works perfectly! If you use the charging/cleaning station regularly, this should last you six months or more!

This product works well with my Panasonic shaver cleaning station and makes it very easy to keep the shaver looking new. I’ve seen other reviews stating the product has an unpleasant odour or that the packets were smaller than usual, but that was not the case for me at all. The product has a pleasant scent, and I was able to verify the packets and confirm they are the standard 15 ml size, the same as others I’ve purchased before. I appreciate that this product does not rely on alcohol to clean, unlike the Braun solution. Each packet lasts me approximately 1-1.5 months with daily use. When the price is favorable, it’s worth purchasing some.

I purchased this detergent for a shaver that uses this type of cleanser. It works great. There wasn’t an offensive odor. It’s easy to use, just open the packet and pour it in the container. Very simple. Happy with my purchase.

I own a Norelco 9300 bought from Amazon a year or so ago. Never felt like that gave me a close enough shave, so I switched back to my Braun Series 7 (790cc-4) also bought from Amazon. That was certainly better than the Norelco, which I essentially think is useless, yet the Braun still didn’t give me the close shave I felt this price point warranted. So after much reading, I opted for the Panasonic ES-LV95 Shaver/Cleaning Unit. It just arrived today, and I figured I’d give it a trial run with my 3 day old stubble.

I just can’t say enough good things about this razor. It works and so help me, it shaves just as close as a Fusion blade! I shaved face and neck…no issues and a VERY clean shave. I also have a shaved dome, and this beauty did a perfect job on my head. The shave is NOT noisy, it’s NOT too big or too loud, but most importantly of all it works exactly as I always expected a premium electric razor should work.

If you’re on the fence, or comparing to other shaving systems you have to try this one out. Honest to God, if I could give it 6 stars I would. I guess the real test will be how well it holds up over time. I’ll post updates as necessary, but for now suffice it to say this shaver is one of the best purchases of any type I’ve ever made!
