Did not come with connecting wires – my computer does not recognize the new printer.
The wires I have do not look like the place for the internet wire to connect on the printer.
No instructions about that slot in instructions.
What am I to do? Who knows it may work fine – but connection has been a real hassle.
Yes, I have turned it and the router off and on. NO connection. – what is missing?
got a new cord – has produced only a pin number that has not worked on the computer within the 2 minutes I had to insert where it asked for a pin number. Can’t seem to get information that is usable . Don’t buy this printer.

I love it! The print cartridges were easy to install, but I wasn’t sure where to put the paper at first! I had to make sure the plug was fully plugged into the printer. I used a USB cable to connect to my PC. Using HP Smart was a big help and I was up and running in a jiffy! I find that it prefers to print one page at a time. If I try to print a 2-page document, it jams. The paper I’m using does seem to be a heavier weight, though.

Extremely easy set up. Printing in minutes. Ditto on signing up for 3 month free instant ink. Other reviews say it isn’t available. It is for me!
Hope wireless connection continues to work. (Often a problem with old HP printer.) So far so good.

An absolute piece of junk. It will be returned. It won’t print – times out – constant errors. The paper feed won’t recognize there’s paper in it . Then it will print info pages of what’s wrong
For the size of this beast it should have enough technology to print a piece of paper

This is a good printer, just do not like the paper tray being on the back, doesn’t to seem to hold very much paper, would have preferred the paper tray being a tray under the printer. It prints clean sharp papers and as long as I don’t try to put too many sheets in the paper trap it does not jam, but if I put any excess it jams. No where in the paperwork does it tell you how many sheets it can hold and I don’t like that. The ink supply seems to be good I print a fair amount of mail and the ink seems to hold out good. It appears for the price that is in a good investment, hope it lasts the years my last HP printer did.

Works great but NOT AVAILABLE FOR INSTANT INK PROGRAM. Cannot change the size of copy. As a crafter being able to resize a copy is necessary. I hate this printer. If you only need to print without much control over editing it might be ok. It did print on cardstock. It was easy to set up.

the quality of the printer seems ok. Set up was easy enough. However setting up the instant ink was cumbersome and I had to call HP to get my 3 month free trial.

This is a handy small footprint printer. It does not print on both sides of the paper, so watch how many pages you are printing! But it had a great price, and it fits nicely on a cubby in my office cabinet!
