This product does not say it is a commercial TV. Apparently, as a commercial TV there is a special set up where you have to contact customer support which is only available from 8 am to 8 pm. I bought it because it was a smart TV but it isn’t. We have to use a Roku stick to access any apps! Terrible, terrible, terrible TV! Not worth the money for a box on the wall!

What they don’t tell you in the description, is the 120hz is only applicable to the 1080p setting. at 4k you’re limited to the recommended or 60hz setting. :/ but while running a RX5700xt in my system(PC) I just play my fps games at 1080 (hardware limited) and scale down the TV while I play these titles, and I get decent results.
Will keep shopping for better results and see what I can find!

Clear picture and fast response. I gave it 3 stars because I was expecting this to be a smart TV as the description says, but the only app loaded on it is YouTube. Maybe there is a way to install other apps, but I doubt it. I also did not realize this is a commercial TV which is not a big deal I expect it to last longer now. Luckily I already had a Roku that I didn’t need to use anymore and can use it with this TV otherwise it would be useless to me. Price wasn’t too bad, but I was expecting a smart TV. My last cheap Samsung only lasted 3 years and I only used it a dozen times which was disappointing. I think this one will last longer.
