This was easy to set up, dies what it needs, doesn’t constantly stop to buffer, clear picture, good sound. It fits in an entertainment cabinet I like.
Only complaint is the remote, no voice control and buttons such a different configuration from my old, I am constantly kicking myself out if apps.( But that’s a “me” thing, not the remotes fault

Such a beautiful screen! Vibrant! And great sound that is clear and crisp. I had an older LG model, a smart TV age 4, and given the low price of this new model LG, I had modest expectations. How many upgrades can one expect in ostensibly the “same” model TV in a 4 year period. But much to my delight everything works better. There are significant upgrades in this newer LG, including a friendlier user interface, more vibrant color and sound, and just all-around BETTER. I was warned by my son that this new LG 32”!model was ‘just the same’ as my 4 year old LG. Not true. I am not an audiovisual wizard by any means. I have no idea how to describe the various upgrades. But whatever they have done to this model is superb. A great value for an amazingly low price. Even the remote control has been upgraded. Love it.

This flat panel t v is wonderful.The only downside is the documentation absolutely is horrible. You definitely need to go tea.The internet and not to the manufacturers site.

The description measurements are incorrect. It is 3.25 Inches deep.
Product Dimensions 1.57″D x 28.35″W x 21.65″H. WRONG!
Fortunately, I was able to modify the mounting bracket to get the TV into the exterior compartment of an RV and shut and lock the door. It turned out to be an all-day job to get it to fit.
Love the TV.

The third one of these I bought died after 14 months. There was something wrong with the screen. Two months past warranty. After talking to the customer service guy for eighty minutes here’s the best they could do: first I would need the official Amazon receipt which together we were not able to figure out how and where to find. Then they said I would be charged $350 to do a repair. (I just ordered another tv from a different brand for half that price,). And he said they would only repair it if I bought a box and mailed the tv back to them at my expense. This would mean it would certainly be at least a week before it was repaired and returned to me. And I don’t have any other tvs to watch. I told the customer service representative that I was unhappy with this resolution. And that’s where the matter ended. So I ordered something else. The first time I ordered this same television it arrived broken, with a huge gash in the box. I doubt I will buy anything else from lg ever again.
