I gave it 4 stars because the quality of the product and it’s complete immersion into the Android OS. Also, the vendor’s answers to my questions were complete, quick and well communicated. The sound quality, to me, is not that great but it is easy to connect to the optical audio output for better speakers. Also, the top of the frame seems a little flimsy but unless you’re picking it up by that part it has no effect on appearance or functionality.

I recently thought I ordered a 32 inch Samsung TV. Please note that in the Samsung lineup is a tv brand I never heard of. It is a Android made by Google, It is not a Samsung. If you have Direct TV Buyer Beware. The Direct technician was unable to program the Direct remote and I am stuck with needing two remotes to watch TV. Just like in the good old days when we called remotes “Clickers,” This morning we had a short power failure and thus far I cant get Direct TV programming, I was told yesterday that I will need two remotes because my TV is not registered with them. Buyer Beware.

EDIT – The manufacturer is spamming me multiple times a day about this one star review. AVOID buying this unless you want to be harassed constantly and repeatedly. I am reporting you to Amazon.
I bought multiple TVs and the screws don’t fit the base. They can’t be screwed in all the way. So the TVs just flop forward or back. Manufacturer made unreasonable request after unreasonable request, like videos of me using a screwdriver or me measuring the diameter of the screw hole opening, which is insane. They agreed to ship me replacement screws and took my name address and phone number. After TWENTY FIVE rounds of emails with these jokers they now refuse to ship me the screws and tell me I should buy the screws off amazon and they’ll pay me back. Yeah right. Hours wasted trying to set up TVs. This company not only puts out defective screws, but they’re scammers adding insult to literal injury as I blistered up my hand trying so hard to turn their defective screws. Spend a couple bucks more and get a good TV from a manufacturer you’ve heard of. These TVs are going back.

The only problem I have is it will shut off approx. every 4 hours but to get around it I shut it off and then turn it on and continue to watch. The picture is clear
